THE TWEED has been hit with heavy rain and hail this afternoon (Thursday November 10).
Hail was reported from Murwillumbah to Tweed Heads, with golf-ball-sized hail in Tweed Heads.
The first storm cell has moved out to sea, whilst the radar shows another storm cell approaching Murwillumbah.
