BANORA SHOPPING Village Medical Centre is expanding its committed team of local doctors with the appointment of three new doctors starting in February and they’re eager to help with your health needs.
Established in 2006, Banora Shopping Village Medical Centre currently has three well-known and much-loved local doctor’s Dr Austin Sterne, Dr Tim O’Keeffe and Dr Helena Smetana.
As the workload has increased over the years, the practice is eager to continue meeting the needs of the community.
Banora Shopping Village Medical Centre practice manager Nicola Hackett said the family friendly clinic is particularly known for outstanding care of the elderly.
“The addition of these three new doctors to our team, as of February 4, Dr Olivia Lesslar, Dr Min Chen and Dr Bianca Reichle means we will have more availability for appointments and opportunities for new doctor/patient relationships,” she said.
“The three new doctors are interested in all aspects of general practice, with the added bonus of having different individual interests and specialities than our current doctors.”
Ms Hackett said the Banora Shopping Village Medical Centre is also undergoing several upgrades to the facilities including an additional nurse treatment room.
“We are always looking for ways to improve the practice so that we can offer the best care and health advice to our patients,” she said.
“We look forward to providing even better and well-rounded care to both new and current patients with the appointment of our three new doctors.”
Ms Hackett said she wanted to encourage locals to visit the practice and arrange an appointment with one of the current or new doctors.
