FAMILY OWNED and locally operated business Tyrepower Tweed Heads have recently won the Dealer of the Year Award for the Queensland region.
The 2019 annual Dealer of the Year presentation took place on Saturday, November 9, at the Hilton Hotel in Surfers Paradise.
This prestigious award acknowledges Tyrepower Tweed Heads’ strong commitment to safety, excellence in operation and service, along with competent and trade-qualified staff.
As you can imagine owners and brothers Craig and Scott Eller, were delighted with the award and their outstanding team.
They are one of more than 250 service centres around Australia but were able to stand out in the crowd for their outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
That is why their customer base is primarily based on recommendations from family and friends and not only providing mechanical services but by stocking a wide range of 4WD, low profile tyres, semi slick tyres and tyres of all sizes to fit in with the performance customers’ desire along with their money saving wheel and tyre packages.
Tyrepower Tweed Heads would like to take this opportunity to thank their staff, customers, Board, General Manager, Rob Smith, and the Queensland administration staff who have all contributed in the continued growth of the business.
The Tyrepower Tweed Heads team also wanted to send out a big “thank you” to Qld CAF suppliers who generously donated many lucky door prizes with members getting all sorts of gift vouchers, tyres, wheels, cameras, trips to the cricket in summer and of course the always popular bottles of good cheer.
Their strategies and goals next is to work towards being the Tyrepower International Dealer of The Year at the National Conference in April 2020 at Queenstown, New Zealand.
