AN EXCITING new furniture and décor business has recently opened at 7/129 Minjungbal Drive known as Coastal Classic Furniture and Décor in Tweed Heads South.
The store offers a range of bespoke furniture options and one-of-a-kind pieces with plenty of decorative ideas to make any home stand out.
Passionate owner and furniture expert Tadd Terpilowski recently moved from Orange with his partner Peter Obermayer.
Tadd has a keen eye for rare and decorative furniture which is obvious in his large retail space.
“We’re not just second-hand furniture, or antique furniture, I like to think we are specialists in bespoke furnishings and décor items,” he said.
Tadd’s range includes antique items from China, French colonial, through to contemporary and modern furnishings.
“Your imagination can really run wild here,” he said.
“We offer a great variety for our customers, so they can bring new style and vibrance into their homes and really cherish these furnishings and décor items for years to come.”
Tadd said he loved his life in Orange, where he built up a similar business.
“We loved our time in Orange, but struggled with the cold winters,” he said.
“I have now opened something similar here in Tweed Heads and we are loving our sea change and the community here.
“We bring you beautiful antique, vintage and preloved contemporary furniture, decorative items and we can find you the perfect pieces that you always wanted and hard to find.
