MURWILLUMBAH COUPLE Matthew and Lucie Woods have recently purchased the long established and well-known local business Murwillumbah Car & Truck Electrics and are eager to continue the businesse’s commitment to quality service.

With an extensive background as an auto electrician and qualified boilermaker, Matthew Woods brings a wealth of knowledge and commitment to his auto electrical work at highly competitive prices.

Teamed up with his wife Lucie, who brings a fresh marketing approach and strong bookkeeping skills, the couple make a dynamic duo with motivation and a desire to succeed.

The couple are hoping to continue the hard work and dedication in the business that was formed by the previous owners Dave and Joan Evans, who built the business into a thriving local operation.

“It’s great to take on a business that already has such a great name and having worked under Dave and Joan was a real privilege,” Matthew said.

“We’re just hoping to continue their tradition and maybe take the business up a step with some of the new technology available to detect faults in newer models of vehicles, as well as some updated marketing.”

Murwillumbah Car & Truck Electrics provides high quality auto and marine electrical repairs for wiring, alternators and starter motors, central locking, electric windows, lighting and much more.

Whether you have a motor vehicle, caravan, motorhome, bus, boat or farm equipment, Murwillumbah Car & Truck Electrics specialise in detecting faults fast and offering competitively priced repairs and replacement parts.

Murwillumbah Car & Truck Electrics also continues a tradition as a family owned and operated business.

Dave had more than 40 years’ experience in the auto electrical industry and developed a reputation for providing high quality repairs, which Matthew said he was continuing.

“It’s been a great foundation to start from and we’re eager to engaged with the community to meet and exceed their needs,” he said.

“Whether you’re driving the family car, farming or earthmoving equipment, if you ever break down with auto electric problems, Murwillumbah Car & Truck Electrics can help.”
