Kingscliff Police released a statement on Sunday, September 11, that said Shaun Grace, who had been reported missing from Hastings Point several weeks ago, had been located safe and well on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.

Shaun Grace, 47, was last seen at Hastings Point Headland more than three weeks ago. He is well-known to those in the area and had been living out of his car for the last few months.

Police said Mr Grace was now with family and is receiving ongoing treatment for a medical issue.

Tweed/Byron Local Area Command LAC wanted to “thank the community and local media for their assistance during the search for Mr Grace”.
